LMT is the leading mobile telecommunications operator in Latvia.

The task was to redesign the customer service areas to change the clients’ perception of LMT from a niche provider of mobile voice service to a company that offers a wide range of professional services using the latest technologies. The areas were also redesigned keeping in mind that customer service is at the heart of the retail sales environment, so clients can at one place also receive advice and information to help them buy additional services or the latest equipment.
