In 2013, LMT, the leading mobile communications operator in Latvia, shifted to a more modern brand identity better suited to its evolving profile as a technology and services provider.

Following the reorganisation of its internal structure, including its portfolio of services and products, the matter of the integration of the brand identity in the trading environment came to the forefront. Improvements were made to store layouts and product displays. All of the improvements were summarised into guidelines for store designs and layouts, thus ensuring a single approach to store arrangement among its 70 shops in Latvia.
